What do I have to bring/wear?

Wear comfortable casual clothing and well fitting shoes when attending a Heartmoves session. You should also bring a drink bottle and towel as well as any medications you might need while exercising.

Do I need to get my doctor's approval?

Heartmoves leaders will help you complete a pre-exercise screening form and you may need to consult your GP before starting a Heartmoves program.
